1. What kind of services do your caregivers provide? Caregivers assist our clients with the activities of daily living. These may include custom meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication assistance, tolietiing assistance, bathing and grooming assistance, dressing and personal care assistance, eating assistance and laundry and linen changes.
2. How soon can service begin? Service normally can begin within 24 hours or less
3. Does it cost more for service for 2 clients than for one client?
Sweet Comfort normally charges the same rate for one or two clients
4. What are the minimum hours of service?
Minimum hours of service is 5 hours a day 4 days of week.
5. What unique services do you offer?
Free, no obligation assessment of client needs. Free photo inventory of valuables in residence. Free unannounced house inspections. Minimum of twice a month.
6. What happens if a caregiver is sick?
If a caregiver is ill, another is normally available.
7. How do I pay for these services?
You pay Sweet Comfort who is responsible for all payroll matters.
8. Do you accept Insurance Payments? Long term care policies normally will pay for these services. We will work with your insurance company regarding the coverage of these policies. |
